Refund policy

At SOLÉA BARE, we want you to love your purchase. Because our products are intimate personal care items, we have policies in place to protect the health and safety of all customers.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only if the product:

  • Is unused and unopened
  • Is in its original packaging
  • Includes proof of purchase 
  • Is free from damage caused after delivery 

For hygiene reasons, opened, worn, or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Shipping

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • We shipped the wrong item 
  • Your order arrived damaged
  • Your item is defective

Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product 
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges 

At this time, SOLÉA BARE does not offer exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different shade or product, please place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after your return has been inspected. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
